CS Executive Result June 2026 - Date, Pass Percentage, Toppers
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) will declare the ICSI CS Executive programme June 2026 result tentatively on August 25, 2026. The CS Executive results will be announced at 2 PM. Candidates can access the CS Executive results June 2026 on the official website: icsi.edu. The results for the CS Executive programme June 2026 can be checked by entering the 17-digit registration ID and password. Along with the ICSI results, the CS Executive June 2026 toppers names, and other information will also be published. In the previous session, the CS Executive Dec 2025 toppers were, Anisha Darshan Keswani who secured AIR 1, while Siddhi Khandelwal secured AIR 2 and Rangvala Insiya Imaran Bahi secured AIR 3.

Successful candidates will become eligible to register for the CS Professional programme, which is the last stage of the admission process.

ICSI CS Executive Result 2025 - Passing Criteria
Candidates need to score minimum marks to be deemed as qualified in the course. These minimum qualifying marks are called as CS Executive passing criteria. As specified by ICSI every candidate to qualify CS Executive exam needs to secure 50% marks in the ICSI Executive result 2025. The CS Executive passing criteria applies for both new as well as old syllabus. Candidates who are successful in the ICSI Executive result will become eligible to register for the next level - the CS Professional examination.

Process to Apply for Inspection of CS Executive 2025 Answer Books
ICSI has provided some guidelines to apply for verification of the CS Executive exam answer book 2025. The process has been explained below:
Within 30 days from the date of ICSI Executive result 2025 the candidate should apply for verification of answer books either offline or online.
Candidates need to pay Rs. 450 per subject for inspection of answer booklet and Rs. 500 for supply of certified copies of answer booklets. The fee shall be paid either online or by way of a demand draft drawn in favour of “The Institute of Company Secretaries of India”, payable at New Delhi.

CS Executive December 2025 Result - Verification of Marks
If the candidates are not satisfied with their results of CS Executive 2025, they can apply for verification of marks. Candidates need to pay fees of Rs. 250 per paper to apply for verification of marks within 21 days of the declaration of CS Executive result 2025. Aspirants can apply for verification of marks either offline or online mode during the specified window.

Candidates for online marks verification should follow the steps given below:
Visit the official website of ICSI
Click on the option verification of marks and then select module
Make a new request
Choose the payment option, make the payment and note down the transaction ID
Print the receipt and save it for future reference
Verification of marks in offline mode
In case any candidate wishes to apply for Verification of Marks through off-line mode, they can download the application form available on the website and send the same duly filled in along with the requisite fee through speed/registered post so as the same shall reach the institute within the prescribed time.
The fee can be paid either by way of a demand draft to “The Institute of Company Secretaries of India” payable at New Delhi; or in cash at the Regional/Chapter/Noida Office".
What after CS Executive Result 2025?
After qualifying the CS Executive exams, students can enroll for CS professional exams. The CS Professional exam is the final level of CS. Candidates will become Company Secretary after clearing the CS Professional level. Many career options open up for students after becoming a CS. Students can choose to become a legal advisor, secretarial audit, principal secretary, company register, corporate lawyer and many other job roles. Candidates can also apply for internship opportunities offered by ICSI.
