The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) prescribes the CS executive 2024 eligibility criteria. Before filling the application form, candidates must go through the eligibility requirements set by ICSI. Recently, ICSI has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with ICMAI to give students some exemptions in different papers. The CS Executive eligibility criteria 2024 defines the age limit required, educational qualification, qualifying marks and related details. CS Executive exam is conducted twice a year.

CS Executive Eligibility Criteria 2024
Before commencing to fill the CS Executive application form, candidates must ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria for CS Executive. Information such as academic qualifications required, minimum qualifying marks and minimum age limit are mentioned under the CS Executive 2024 eligibility criteria. Checking the eligibility criteria of CS Executive beforehand ensures future enrollment-related rejections.
Let us look at the CS Executive 2024 eligibility criteria prescribed by ICSI in detail:
As mentioned above in the table, to appear in both modules of CS Executive June exams, candidates need to register before November 30 of previous year. Whereas to appear in any one module, the last date to register for the June session is January 31.
To appear in any CS Executive exam session (June/ December), candidates need to register for a CS Executive programme at least 9 months before the exam.
Candidates should be above 17 years of age before CS Executive registration. However, there is no maximum age limit set for applying in the CS Executive exam as per the eligibility criteria specified by ICSI.

As per the eligibility criteria, it is important for candidates to qualify the CSEET exam to become eligible for the next level which is the CS Executive level. However, it is not always necessary to have passed CSEET exam. The exemptions for this are given below.
The following candidates can also register for CS Executive exam. Without appearing in the CS Foundation/ CSEET exam
Candidates who have completed graduation/ postgraduation in any stream except fine arts
Candidates who have qualified CA Final examination or CMA Final examination or exam of any other Accountancy Institution in India or abroad recognised as equivalent thereto by the Council
Candidates who have a degree in Corporate Secretaryship or Commerce

Candidates must undergo seven (7) days Student Induction Programme (SIP) within 6 months of CS Executive registration and before appearing in June/ December exam.
After checking the CS Executive exam eligibility criteria, candidates can proceed to fill the CS Executive 2024 registration in online mode. Candidates can register for the CS Executive exam directly from the official website of ICSI. The registration fee is Rs. 10600 for candidates who are registering after qualifying CS Foundation/CSEET exam, and Rs. 15600 for other candidates.
Once the registration period for a particular session is over, ICSI will release the CS Executive exam form 2024. Candidates must make sure to complete eight months of time before filling the exam form. ICSI considers this time period as the preparation time required after registration.
Yes, as per the eligibility criteria, candidates who have completed their graduation/ post graduation can register for the CS Executive course. Such candidates do not register for CSEET exam.
ICSI does not restrict candidates on the basis of maximum age limit. However, candidates must be at least 17 years of age before applying for the CS Executive course.
ICSI allows 10 sessions attempted within one registration. Candidates once registered under the CS Executive course are registered for 5 years with ICSI. Thus they are allowed to appear in 10 sessions post registration.

if you can read the module in one go and can revise the same Atleast 3 to 4times from august month to December then you should definatelly go for it.
But if you are having a doubt in mind if you cant clear CSEET or Cs group 1 then my advice for you to go for both the modules in June 2023 and clear both module in 1st attempt if possible and try harder to do so.
Start your preperation early for that and appear for both modules in June 2023.

If student fails to fill the exam form of CS Executive then that particular student is not allowed to write the exam as filling a form is an essential requirement.That student can write the exam only in next term after filling the form.

There is no specific syllabus for the Pre-exam test. As it applies to the executive program students, the test is conducted in all the papers of the Executive Program modules. The candidate is expected to possess knowledge about the Foundational syllabus to a certain extent as well. The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) conducts the mandatory Pre-examination test for candidates who have enrolled for the CS Executive Program. It was from December 2018 that the institute began the Pre-exam test, prior to which there was no mandatory test.
