    The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has opened the CA Final exam form May 2026 on March 3, 2026. Candidates planning to appear for the CA Final May 2026 exams are required to submit the CA Final exam form 2026 from the official website - eservices.icai.org through their login. The deadline to submit the CA Final exam form May 2026 without late fee is March 16, 2026 as prescribed by the officials. Any candidates who miss the initial deadline to submit the CA Final exam form can still fill it out till March 19, 2026, and will be required to pay a late fee of Rs 600. ICAI will conduct CA Final 2026 on May 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 & 12, 2026.

    CA Final Exam Form May 2026

    Recently, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has notified major changes in the CA Final exam schedule from 2026 onwards through a press release. As per the new schedule, the CA Final exam will now be held thrice a year in January, May, and September.

    Candidates who have completed their CA Final registration and fulfilled other requirements would be able to appear for the CA Final exam for the May 2026 session. The exam would be held as per the new ICAI scheme implemented last year. The exam form fee for CA Final exam for a single group is Rs. 1800 and for both groups is Rs. 3300. Candidates must mandatorily fill out the form if they want to appear in the CA Final exam for September session. CA Final is the final level of the Chartered Accountancy course after the CA Intermediate exam.

    Steps to fill CA Final Exam Form May 2026

    Candidates who have successfully completed their CA Final registration 2026 and fulfilled other requirements can appear for CA Final May 2026 session. Such candidates must fill the CA Final exam application form by following the given steps-

    Step 1 - Go to ICAI’s official exam website or click on the link given above

    Step 2 - Create your login and get your registration number/ login ID and password

    Step 3 - After successful login, look for the “Apply now” option on the home page and proceed to fill up the CA Final 2026 exam form carefully

    Step 5 - Remit the CA Final exam form fee using any of the preferred online payment methods

    Candidates must take note of the following things while filing the exam form ICAI:

    Photograph/Signature missing on the PDF

    In case the candidate's photograph or signature is missing on the exam application form pdf, then in such as case, the candidate must take a printout of the ICAI CA Final 2026 exam form and affix the photograph/signature on it.     While filling the CA Final exam form 2026, the applicants can opt for either English or Hindi medium for answering papers.

    CA Final 2026 Exam Application Form Submission with Late Fees

    Candidates who do not fill out the CA Final exam form within the free window are allowed to fill it with late fee of Rs. 600 over and above the actual fee.

    CA Final Correction Window 2026

    In case a candidate wants to seek changes in the exam centre/medium of exam/ zone/ group/ elective papers even after submitting the exam form, then ICAI also opens one-time online facility/ opportunity to make such changes. The date of the CA Final exam form correction window is March 20-22, 2026. The correction window facility is free of cost, and no additional fees is charged by ICAI for this service.
