CS Executive 2020 - The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is going to announce the result of CS Executive June 2020 session on February 25 for exams conducted between December 26 and January 3, 2020. The Institute of Company Secretaries of India specifies the eligibility for CS Executive 2020. In order to appear for CS Executive 2020, the candidate needs to register with the concerned council. The eligibility requisites are as provided below:
CS Foundation Eligibility Criteria
The Institute of Company Secretaries (ICSI) requires the prospective candidates appearing for the exams to first get registered with the institute. The date of registration for CS Executive June 2020 session was August 31, 2019 for appearing in all modules and November 30, 2019 for appearing in any one of the modules. Only registered students are allowed to fill the CS Foundation exam form and further appear for the respective examinations. The registration fee for CS Executive 2020 is Rs 2000.
In order to register for CS Executive, candidates can refer to the steps given below:
Step 1- Click here and select ‘Online Services’. Select ‘Register for CS’ from the options.
Step 2- Select all the required documents if you've already kept the soft copies ready beforehand. Now click on ‘Proceed to Registration’.
Step 3- Select ‘New Registration’ if you are a first time user and select ‘Incomplete Registration’ if you have filled the form earlier and not proceeded with the payment.
Step 4- In the ‘Basic Details’ tab, fill in your personal information (name, DOB, gender, contact number, address, etc.).
Step 5- After clicking on ‘Next’, your unique registration ID will be generated which will be sent via SMS/ mail. This ID has to be noted for future use.
Step 6- The ‘Education Details’ tab requires the candidate to fill in details of educational qualification such as name of school/ college, year of passing out, name of subjects, etc.
Step 7- In the ‘Document Details’ tab, upload the mandatory documents (photograph, signature, mark sheet, category certificate, ID proof, etc.). Candidates should make sure that the documents are in jpg, jpeg, png, gif, bmp or pdf format. Size of the documents should not exceed 5 MB. Moreover, size of the photograph should be 20-50 KB and that of the signature should be 10-20 KB.
Step 8- The next tab enables candidates to preview the complete information provided previously. Once satisfied with the preview of the form, click on ‘Confirm Application’.
Step 9- ‘Payment’ is the concluding step of the entire CS Registration process. Candidates have to choose their mode of payment. The transaction ID would be generated and it must be noted down for future reference.
ICSI is expected to release the CS Executive application form for June 2020 session in the last week of February. The last date to fill CS Executive 2020 exam form is March 25 without late fee and April 9 with late fee. The amount of Examination fee for CS Executive 2020 is Rs. 1200 per module till the last date without late fee. After March 25 and before April 9, 2020, a late fee of Rs 250 adds up to above-mentioned fee of Rs 1200.

The admit cards for CS Executive 2020 are expected to be released by ICSI in the last week of May 2020 in online mode only. The CS Executive Admit cards state the details of candidate, date and time of the exam along with the examination centre for CS Executive June 2020. The students are mandatorily required to carry their admit cards along for the exam.
How to download CS Executive Admit card 2020?
1. Visit the official website of ICSI (http://icsi.indiaeducation.net/).
2. Enter your 17 digit registration number and click on the ‘Get Admit Card’.
3. The CS Executive 2020 admit card will be available on the screen.
4. Download the admit card/ hall ticket and take at least 2-3 prints for future reference.

There are more than 100 exam centres in India for CS Executive 2020 and one Overseas examination centre at Dubai (additional surcharge of US$100 along with the application fee). The candidates of CS Executive 2020 will not be allowed to change the exam centres except for a valid reason. A fee of Rs 250 was payable in such case, provided that the same has to be requested within the stipulated period. The exam centres are distributed zone wise for North, South, East and West zones.
The CS Executive 2020 exam paper shall consist of 2 Modules with 8 papers (100 Marks each) in new scheme and 7 papers in the old scheme. The exams will be conducted in offline mode for a period of 3 hours each. The table below provides more details related to the CS Executive June 2020 exam:
