CA Intermediate 2019 - The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is going to announce CA Intermediate result in the first week of February tentatively. The Institute conducted CA Intermediate 2019 exams between November 2 and November 16, whose admit card was released on October 14. Candidates are able to access the admit card by providing their login ID and password. September 12 was the last date to submit CA Intermediate application form without paying any late fee. However, the last date to fill CA Intermediate application form 2019 was extended to September 15 with late fee. The schedule for November 2019 session was announced wherein, the ICAI exams were conducted on November 2, 4, 6 and 8 for Group 1 and candidates of Group 2 had exams on November 14, 16, 18 and 20 respectively. Only one application correction window was provided this time for making corrections to CA Intermediate exam form. The November 2019 session was conducted in 204 Indian and 5 international cities by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Important note: According to the revised scheme implemented by ICAI in May 2017, CA IPCC has been renamed to CA Intermediate. Earlier, May 2019 was to be the last session but now ICAI has announced May 2020 session to be the last one for CA IPCC as CA Intermediate will replace it for the future sessions.

The admit card of CA Intermediate 2019 is available from October 14, 2019 for ICAI exams. Candidates require their login credentials to obtain the admit card. The CA Intermediate admit card 2019 contains the candidate’s name, roll number, photograph and signature, exam centre, etc. along with important instructions for the exam day. The admit card/ hall ticket is an essential verification document which must be carried to the exam centre. In case of any discrepancy regarding the admit card, candidates should contact ICAI Helpline desk.
Students with the qualifications mentioned below are eligible to appear for CA Intermediate 2019:
Candidates must have qualified CA CPT and 10+2/ Foundation and must have registered for November session on or before March 1, 2019.
Converted from the old scheme to new scheme for November 2019 session before September 7.
Candidates who have completed graduation/ post graduation in commerce with at least 55% overall or candidates who have completed graduation/ post graduation in any other stream with at least 60% overall.
Candidates who have passed the intermediate level of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
Candidates must have completed their CA Intermediate 2019 registration on or before March 1, 2019, to appear for the November session. The ICAI registration is open throughout the year so it is the deadline that determines the session which candidates will be appearing for. The registration fee to be paid includes the entire course fee. Thereafter, candidates have to fill the CA Inter application form 2019
Registration fee: The registration fee of CA Intermediate 2019 could be paid via VISA or MASTER or MAESTRO credit card/ debit card/ Rupay card/ net banking. Check the varying amounts of CA Foundation application fee below:
The ICAI application correction window last date was extended till September 18, 2019. The same was made available from September 12 to 16 in online mode. The ICAI CA Intermediate application form for November 2019 session was made available from August 16, 2019 (10 am onwards) in online mode. Last date to fill the form without late fee was extended to September 12 and its September 15, 2019 with late fee. It may be noted that only already registered candidates are able to fill the application form and appear for November 2019 session. This time, only one correction window is made available free of cost. No paid correction window will be provided for making changes to the application form.

CA Intermediate is the second level of exams towards Chartered Accountancy. Students having cleared CA Foundation have to appear and pass the Inter exams to proceed for CA Final and then become a Chartered Accountant.
There are 8 papers distributed in two groups. So, each group has 4 papers which the candidates have to pass individually.
The last date to register for CA Intermediate November session was March 1, 2019. The reason is that there has to be a gap of 8 months of study period between Registration and exam appearing for.
No, there are two groups of CA Intermediate which the candidates can appear for one after another. Both the groups are a must to be passed for being eligible to appear in CA Final exams.
There is no limit for attempts. But, one time CA Intermediate registration is valid for 4 years which means that 4 attempts can be given. Thereafter, registration has to be renewed to appear in further sessions.
