CS Executive Exam Form 2019 - The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) released the CS Executive exam form December 2019 on August 26 at ICSI smash website. Candidates who had successfully accomplished the registration process with payment of CS Executive registration fees before last date for appearing in all modules (before February 28) or any one of the modules (before May 31) could fill the CS Executive 2019 application form for December session. Candidates have to pay Rs 1200 for each module to complete the process of ICSI Executive enrollment. So, those candidates who registered for both modules have to pay Rs 2400 and those who registered for any one of the modules have to pay Rs 1200. Candidates of new syllabus have to mandatorily pass the pre-exam test for appearing in the exams, whose last date has been extended from October 10 to October 31, 2019. Announcement for students of CS Executive (new syllabus)
As already known that students of CS Executive (enrolled under new syllabus of 2017) have to mandatorily undergo and pass Pre-Examination Test in order to fill CS Executive exam form 2019 and appear in the exams. Earlier, candidates had to pass the pre-exam test and then fill the CS Executive exam form December 2019 before last date. Now, candidates can fill the CS Executive application form before October 10 and have to pass the pre-exam test before October 31, 2019. The same has been notified through ICSI announcement as attached below:
Candidates planning to appear for December session had to fill the CS Executive application form before the respective last dates through ICSI smash login portal. Follow the steps provided below for ICSI Executive enrollment:
Visit the official new student portal on the official ICSI smash website at smash.icsi.in.
Enter your user name and password.
Click on Module -> Enrollment -> Enrollment Request.
Click on ‘Examination Enrolment Request’ and then click on the “Add Enrollment Request”.
The candidate will be required to fill in details like Country, State, Medium of exam, etc. Now click on next.
After verifying the enrolment details, click on the button “Confirm Application”
Now choose the mode of payment and click on ‘Proceed’ and make payment accordingly.
Candidates who filled the CS Executive exam form December 2019 before September 25 had to pay Rs 1200 for each module. Those who missed this date could fill the CS Executive exam form before October 10 with payment of Rs 250 as late fee.

Candidates aspiring for December session have to fill the CS Executive exam form 2019 before stipulated last date. In ordinary circumstances, ICSI doesn't entertain any requests for changes in the CS Executive application form. But in case of unavoidable circumstances, such requests are allowed on payment of Rs 250 for each such change. Requests for change are allowed for the following aspects:
Requests for change in above details started on October 11, 2019 and the last date to apply for the same is December 4, 2019 (upto 4 pm). It may be noted that any request for changes after above mentioned period shall not be entertained n any case. Thus, candidates should be careful enough while filling the requisites in CS Executive exam form.
ICSI has closed registration for CS Executive December 2019. Candidates who wished to appear for December 2019 session could pay the CS Executive registration fees for both modules before February 28. Those willing to appear for any one of the modules had to register before May 31, 2019. The CS Executive registration fees is Rs 2000 per se, but the total amount of fee varies depending upon factors like qualification, direct entry, etc.
ICSI has provided the opportunity for students to apply for exemption for one or more papers if they fulfill the requisite conditions. This relieves the candidate in the way that if he/ she performs well in two papers of a module, they can apply for exemption so that they will have to appear for the remaining papers and not the complete module all over again. The last date to apply for exemption is October 10, i.e. the same as last date of CS Executive exam form December 2019. Exemption is granted on the basis of securing 60% or more marks under the following two conditions:
First Condition- If a candidate appears in all the required papers covered under the module and scores at least 25% marks in each paper, he/ she becomes eligible for exemption in those papers in which he/ she scored 60% or more marks.
Second Condition- If a candidate appears in all the required papers covered under the module and fails in only one paper covered under the module, he/ she shall become eligible for exemption in the remaining papers, if he/she scores 60% or more marks taken all such remaining papers together and at least 40% marks in each remaining paper.
Candidates filling the CS exam form through ICSI smash portal should make sure of having complied with the following requisites:
ICSI released the admit card for CS Executive 2019 in online mode on December 11 for exams conducted between December 26, 2019 and January 3, 2020. This admit card contains the personal details of candidate (name, photograph and signature, registration number, mailing address), roll number, exam centre, modules and subject papers appearing for as applied in CS Executive exam form December 2019. Candidates are required to take this along with a Government issued identity card in the exam hall because entry is not be allowed otherwise.
Candidates have to register through ICSI website by clicking on 'Online services' and selecting the option of 'Executive registration'.
Candidates already registered and aspiring for CS Executive November 2019 session have to apply through ICSI smash login portal and go for exam enrollment.
There are 7 subjects in CS Executive old syllabus and 8 for CS Executive syllabus (new). These subjects are distributed into two modules as well for both the syllabi.
A candidate has to score at least 40% marks in individual papers and 50% marks in overall aggregate in order to be considered 'pass' in CS Executive.
Candidates who have passed CS Foundation or are graduates (direct entry) and already registered into the CS Executive programme are eligible to apply for December 2019 exams.
