ICSI has notified the opening of the online CS Executive exam form window for June, 2025. Interested candidates can now fill out the CS Executive form June 2025 from April 18 to April 19, 2025 with a late fee of Rs 250. Candidates appearing for CS Executive June 2025 exams can register online on the official website - smash.icsi.edu. Filling out the CS exam form for June 2025 is mandatory for appearing in the examination.

Later, ICSI will open the CS Executive June exam 2025 application correction window on April 20, 2025. Where candidates can make changes in exam centre, combination of module, medium of examination and cancel exemption request till April 19, 2025 upto 4 PM.
The CS Executive June 2025 exams will be held from June 1 to 8, in offline mode. A payment of Rs 1500 as the CS Executive exam fee is to be paid to appear in a single module. Candidates who want to appear in both modules have to pay exam fees of Rs. 2400. Candidates who fill out the exam form after the last date need to pay a late fee of Rs 250. The CS Executive syllabus 2017 is now discontinued after the previous session December 2024 exams..

How to fill out the CS Executive exam form June 2025?
Given below steps can be followed by candidates to fill the exam form of CS Executive 2025-
Step 1 - Go to the official ICSI login page - smash.icsi.edu or click on the link given on this page
Step 2 - Enter your login details such as registration number and password
Step 3 - Select Module > Enrolment, and then choose ‘Examination Enrolment Request’
Step 4 - Click on the ‘Add Enrolment Request’ option given at the bottom (as shown in the given image)
Step 5 - Submit details such as country, level of exam, medium of language, module, etc. and proceed forward
Step 6 - Verify your CS Executive enrollment details on the next page; Review your application and click on ‘Confirm Application’
Step 7 - Choose your mode of payment and click on the ‘Make Payment’ option
Step 8 - Complete payment for either single/both modules
Step 9 - Download the receipt for future reference. For all successful payments, a Fee Receipt is instantly generated. Candidates can also re-generate and print a duplicate receipt.

Candidates who want to fill out the exam form are required to pay a certain amount as their CS Executive examination fees during the final submission stage of the exam form. The amount is to be remitted by all candidates who want to appear in the exams.

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) allows candidates to apply for paper-wise exemptions in specific CS Executive papers. The facility is provided for those CS Executive subjects that have been already covered by candidates in their previous educational qualifications. Paper-wise exemptions in Company Secretary (CS) course are also provided if the candidates have qualified with specific marks in some subjects.

ICSI CS Executive Exemption Based on Qualification

Candidates can apply for paper-wise exemptions by paying Rs 1000 per paper. Candidates are also required to upload scanned and attested copies of their mark sheets while filling in their exemption details in CS Executive 2025 exam form.

CS Executive Pre-Exam Test 2025
Before enrolling for the CS Executive exam (June/December session), it is mandatory for candidates to appear in the pre-exam test. The enrollment fee for the pre-examination test is Rs. 1000. The CS Executive pre-examination test is of 60 minutes duration in which candidates have to answer a total of 50 questions (each carrying two marks). Students may also complete the Pre-Examination Test (if not yet completed) from April 10, 2025 to April 18, 2025 by 5:30 PM.
Candidates may appear in the pre-examination test anywhere and any number of times after receiving their login credentials (limited to once a day/second attempt after 8 hours/480 minutes).

Successfully registered candidates can download the admit card from the official website of ICSI by entering their 17-digit ICSI registration number. if you can read the module in one go and can revise the same Atleast 3 to 4times from august month to December then you should definatelly go for it.
But if you are having a doubt in mind if you cant clear CSEET or Cs group 1 then my advice for you to go for both the modules in June 2023 and clear both module in 1st attempt if possible and try harder to do so.
Start your preperation early for that and appear for both modules in June 2023.

If student fails to fill the exam form of CS Executive then that particular student is not allowed to write the exam as filling a form is an essential requirement.That student can write the exam only in next term after filling the form.

Yes , you are eligible for CS Executive exam .
Here is the Eligibility criteria for CS Executive Eligibility Criteria :-
As per the eligibility criteria candidate must have completed their graduation / post graduation can registered for the CS Executive course.
As per CS Executive eligibility criteria , Fine arts students are not eligible for applying directly for CS Executive exam. Firstly they have to appear in CSEET exam.
Also there is no age boundations for the candidates on the basis of maximum age limit . But for Lower age limit candidate must have completed their 17 years of the Age.
Talking about number of Attempts : - A candidate are allowed 10 sessions attempts with in one Registration . Candidate once registered under the CS executive course are registered for 5 years with ICSI . Thus they are allowed to appear in 10 sessions post registration.

There is no specific syllabus for the Pre-exam test. As it applies to the executive program students, the test is conducted in all the papers of the Executive Program modules. The candidate is expected to possess knowledge about the Foundational syllabus to a certain extent as well. The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) conducts the mandatory Pre-examination test for candidates who have enrolled for the CS Executive Program. It was from December 2018 that the institute began the Pre-exam test, prior to which there was no mandatory test.
