The Institute of Company Secretaries of India will tentatively open the CS Executive December 2026 exam form window for single module on August 26, 2026. Candidates can fill out the exam form from the official website - icsi.edu. Filling out the CS exam form for Dec 2026 is mandatory for appearing in the examination. While the CS Executive form for December 2026 for both modules is expected to open on September 25, 2026. The authorities will also notify the CS Executive Dec 2026 exam form application correction window date. The CS Executive exams will be held in the last week of December 2026. A payment of Rs 1500 as the CS Executive exam fee is to be paid to appear in a single module. Candidates who want to appear in both modules have to pay exam fees of Rs. 2400. Candidates who fill out the exam form after the last date need to pay a late fee of Rs 250.

How to fill out the CS Executive exam form 2026?
Given below steps can be followed by candidates to fill the exam form of CS Executive 2026-
Step 1 - Go to the official ICSI login page - smash.icsi.edu or click on the link given on this page
Step 2 - Enter your login details such as registration number and password
Step 3 - Select Module > Enrolment, and then choose ‘Examination Enrolment Request’
Step 4 - Click on the ‘Add Enrolment Request’ option given at the bottom (as shown in the given image)
Step 5 - Submit details such as country, level of exam, medium of language, module, etc. and proceed forward
Step 6 - Verify your CS Executive enrollment details on the next page; Review your application and click on ‘Confirm Application’
Step 7 - Choose your mode of payment and click on the ‘Make Payment’ option
Step 8 - Complete payment for either single/both modules
Step 9 - Download the receipt for future reference. For all successful payments, a Fee Receipt is instantly generated. Candidates can also re-generate and print a duplicate receipt.

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) allows candidates to apply for paper-wise exemptions in specific CS Executive papers. The facility is provided for those CS Executive subjects that have already been covered by candidates in their previous educational qualifications. Paper-wise exemptions in Company Secretary (CS) course are also provided if the candidates have qualified with specific marks in some subjects.

CS Executive Pre-Exam Test 2026
Before enrolling for the CS Executive exam (June/December session), it is mandatory for candidates to appear in the pre-exam test. The enrollment fee for the pre-examination test is Rs. 1000. The CS Executive pre-examination test is of 60 minutes duration in which candidates have to answer a total of 50 questions (each carrying two marks).
Candidates may appear in the pre-examination test anywhere and any number of times after receiving their login credentials (limited to once a day/second attempt after 8 hours/480 minutes).
