The entrance requirements for the CS executive programme have been updated by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Candidates will no longer be required to take the CS Executive Entrance Test if they have a graduate or postgraduate degree (CSEET). Direct admission to the CS executive programme will be available to them.
So, it is not compulsory to CSEET for bcom graduate.

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has opened the CSEET 2022 registration for the December session. The last date to apply for CSEET registration 2022 is October 15, 2022. Keep an eye on the official website or the link below for the latest information. The exam will not be easy one so one has to prepare thoroughly to give the exam. That means at least 8-10 months of preparation is needed to get the top score. The registration fee of CSEET exam is Rs. 1000; ICSI also provides concessions to candidates from certain categories. CSEET 2022 exam will be held four times in the year - January, May, July and November.
