ICSI will release the complete region-wise list of CS professional exam centres 2025 for the upcoming June session exams. Exam centres/ test centres are the locations where the CS Professional exam will be conducted. However, there will be no major changes in the location of the CS Professional June 2025 exam centres. Candidates can choose from around 178 Indian CS Professional exam centres and one overseas location. CS Professional June 2025 will be held from June 1 to June 10, 2025, in offline mode.

Almost all major cities in India are covered under the official CS professional exam centres list provided by. ICSI. The exam centres are divided into four regions - North, South, East and West. all major and minor cities are divided into different zones. Candidates can choose their preferred cities within any specific zone.

Overseas CS Professional Exam Centre 2025
Along with Indian exam centres, ICSI has also included one overseas option in the June 2025 CS Professional exam centres. Candidates living overseas have an option to choose Dubai as their CS professional exam centre 2025.
How to choose CS Professional 2025 Exam Centres?
While filling the CS Professional exam form 2025, candidates have the option to choose from 1778 exam centres.
Note - Candidates have to pay $ 100 (or equivalent amount in Indian Rupees) over and above normal Examination Fee for appearing in CS Professional examinations from Overseas Centre (Dubai).

Changes CS Professional Exam Centres 2025
Candidates are advised to select their preferences carefully as ICSI does not usually allow the candidates to make changes in the exam centre once the CS Professional exam form is submitted. However, in case of unavoidable circumstances, candidates can make changes by following the steps given below:
Step 1 - Go to the “Student Portal” on the ICSI’s official website
Step 2 - Open the smash.icsi.in the login page and enter your verified login credentials.
Step 3 - Click on the My Account section and open ‘Examination Enrollment’. Search with, your exam enrollment ID
Step 4 - Select the list of enrollment request types and click on the centre change tab
Step 5 - Select your preferred exam centres for CS professional 2024 from the list of options
Step 6 - Read the undertaking and follow instructions and pay the centre change fee of Rs 250
Step 7 - Once submission with respect to CS professional centre change fee is successful, the centre change details will be visible on the screen
Step 8 - Download the receipt generated for CS professional exam centre change after successful payment of fees for future reference

CS Professional Admit Card 2025
Out of the selected exam centres, ICSI will allot any one exam centre to the candidates after considering certain factors. The allotted exam centre details will be available on the candidate's CS Professional admit card. ICSI will release the admit card of CS Professional after closing the exam form window. Complete details such as the name of the exam centre, address, centre code and reporting time will be mentioned clearly in the CS Professional admit card.

The CS Exam is conducted by a government-recognized body, the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. However, the relation of the CS Exam with immediate Government jobs is no direct correlation. Instead, it is a professional certification to be a Company Secretary in India for the purpose of practicing corporate governance, compliance, and legal advisory.
Of course, besides a lot of private sector opportunities available and afterwards after passing CS exams, employment opportunities in the public sector are also there, although government jobs for Company Secretaries also exist on the platter, predominantly in Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) or regulatory bodies like SEBI or RBI, it so does not guarantee an immediate job in the government. Instead, the certifications open doors to numerous career paths in corporate and legal fields.
CS Exam Syllabus:
- Foundation Level
For students who have completed 12th:
- Business Environment
- Business Laws
- Ethics and Entrepreneurship
- Business Economics
- Accounting and Auditing
Executive Level (immediately after Foundation or directly after completing the degree programme):
- Company Law

Hello Saniya,
if you can read the module in one go and can revise the same Atleast 3 to 4times from august month to December then you should definatelly go for it.
But if you are having a doubt in mind if you cant clear CSEET or Cs group 1 then my advice for you to go for both the modules in June 2023 and clear both module in 1st attempt if possible and try harder to do so.
Start your preperation early for that and appear for both modules in June 2023.
