    The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) prescribes the syllabus of CMA Foundation on its official website - icmai.in. Candidates planning to appear for the upcoming June 2026 exam should refer to the official syllabus before starting their preparation. ICMAI earlier released the CMA Foundation 2022 syllabus, which will be applicable for the June 2026 term. The CMA Foundation exam under 2016 syllabus has been discontinued. Students preparing to take the CMA exam can access the 2026 CMA Foundation syllabus PDF free download from the official website.
