The June 2026 CMA Final pass rate improved from the previous session as 4,220 candidates became cost accountants. The Institute of Cost Accountants of India has announced the CMA Inter and Final results for the June 2026 exams on August 05. In contrast, the CMA Intermediate witnessed a decline in pass rates in most groups.
CMA Final and Intermediate exams were held from June 11 to June 18, across the country. 15,867 candidates appeared in Group-III and Group IV CMA Final exams, while 4,337 candidates appeared in both groups. The pass rate for CMA Final Group-III students was 30.22, whereas 44.21% students cleared the Group IV exam. Only 1,430 cleared both groups.

In comparison to the December 2025 exams, 975 more students have cleared the CMA Final in June 2026. Intermediate results show a contrasting picture. The number of qualified candidates grew marginally from the previous year, by 61.

The pass rate for the CMA Final improved across all groups. Group-IV recorded 44.21% pass rate, the highest among all groups.

The Intermediate results have been mixed, with no group recording significant improvements in pass rate. Group-I pass percentage declined from 24.59% to 23.93%, and Group-II declined from 31.76% to 30.64%. The pass rate for students appearing in both groups also declined by 3.19%,

Yes the final CMA syllabus is expected to change a little for the June 2022 session. The syllabus is updated every 5 years although the changes are not very drastic. As the years go by, some chapters become obsolete and some new chapters need to be include. Thus the
