CS Professional June 2025 Exam Form: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India will reopen the CS Professional June 2025 exam form window on April 18, 2025. Candidates can fill out the online CS Executive June 2025 exam form from the ICSI Smash portal - smash.icsi.edu till April 19, 2025 with a late fee. While filling out the CS Professional June exam form 2025, candidates can select their preferred CS Professional exam centre from the list given by ICSI. The authorities also provide the facility to make certain changes in the already-filled exam form by opening a correction window from April 20 to May 1, 2025. Filling out the CS Professional June 2025 exam form is mandatory for appearing in the examination.

The CS Professional June 2025 exam, following the old 2017 syllabus, will be held from June 1 to 10, 2025. In contrast, the examination under the 2022 syllabus will be conducted from June 1 - 8, 2025. To fill out the ICSI exam form for CS Professional, candidates must make a payment of Rs 1800 as CS Professional exam fee for each module. Whereas in case the candidates fill out the exam form after the last date, then they also have to pay a late fee of Rs 250 over and above the actual exam fees.

The process of filing the exam form of CS Professional 2025 is hassle-free and can be completed with a few steps in online mode-
Step 1 - Go to the official smash portal of ICSI (smash.icsi.edu) or click on the link given on this page
Step 2 - Enter your login details such as CS Professional registration number and password
Step 3 - Now select the option Module option given on the menubar and click on “Enrolment” link from the given options; Lastly select the option ‘Examination Enrolment Request’
Step 4 - Add the required information and click on the option of ‘Add Enrolment Request’ given at the bottom. Specimen image given below.
Step 5 - Submit details such as level of exam, country, medium of language, modules to be applied for and related details
Step 6 - Proceed forward; Verify your CS Professional 2025 enrollment details on the next page
Step 7 - Review your CS Professional exam application form and click on ‘Confirm Application’
Step 8 - Choose your mode of payment and proceed to make payment of the exam fee
Step 9 - Once done, a fee receipt is instantly generated. Save and keep a copy for reference. Candidates can also re-generate and print a duplicate receipt (if required).

At the time of the final submission stage of the CS professional exam form, candidates have to pay a certain amount as their CS Professional examination fees. The amount of the CS Professional exam form fee varies with the number of modules for which the candidates apply.

CS Professional Exam Form 2025 - Paper Wise Exemption
Before filling the exam application form, candidates can also apply for paper-wise exemptions on the basis of requisite higher education qualifications and qualifying marks. An exemption fee of Rs. 1000 is to be paid for each CS Professional question paper 2025.
The facility is provided for those CS Professional subjects that are already covered by candidates in their previous educational qualifications. Paper-wise exemptions are also provided if the candidates have qualified with specific marks in some subjects.

CS Professional Pre-Exam Test 2025
Pre-Examination Test is applicable for students of the New Syllabus (2022) of “Professional Programme Stage”. It is important for candidates to appear in the CS Professional exam pre-exam test before filling out the exam form. The CS Professional enrollment fee for the pre-examination test is Rs.1000 (concession available for certain categories of candidates).
The CS Professional pre-examination test is of 60 minutes duration. Candidates have to answer a total of 50 questions (2 marks each).

CS Professional Exam Centres 2025
As per the CS Professional exam pattern, the exam will be conducted in offline mode across various exam centres. Thus, while filling the exam form, candidates have to enter their exam centre preferences where they can appear for the exams. Candidates are advised to fill their exam centre preferences with extreme care. Making any changes is accepted only in the case of an unavoidable circumstance and ICSI also demands a change fee of Rs 250.
CS Professional Admit Card 2025
ICSI will release the CS Professional admit card around 10 days before the commencement of the exam. The CS admit card is issued to all candidates who have registered and submitted the CS exam form. To download the admit card, 17-digit ICSI registration number is required. Candidates reaching the exam centres without admit card of CS professional will not be allowed.

The CS Exam is conducted by a government-recognized body, the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. However, the relation of the CS Exam with immediate Government jobs is no direct correlation. Instead, it is a professional certification to be a Company Secretary in India for the purpose of practicing corporate governance, compliance, and legal advisory.
Of course, besides a lot of private sector opportunities available and afterwards after passing CS exams, employment opportunities in the public sector are also there, although government jobs for Company Secretaries also exist on the platter, predominantly in Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) or regulatory bodies like SEBI or RBI, it so does not guarantee an immediate job in the government. Instead, the certifications open doors to numerous career paths in corporate and legal fields.

Hello Saniya,
if you can read the module in one go and can revise the same Atleast 3 to 4times from august month to December then you should definatelly go for it.
But if you are having a doubt in mind if you cant clear CSEET or Cs group 1 then my advice for you to go for both the modules in June 2023 and clear both module in 1st attempt if possible and try harder to do so.
Start your preperation early for that and appear for both modules in June 2023.
