The Chartered Financial Analyst Institute has declared the CFA Level 1 result Feb 2025. The CFA Level 1 results for the Feb 2025 session were declared on April 3, 2025 at 6:30 PM IST or 9 AM ET. The CFA Level 1 Feb 2025 scorecards are accessible at the official website of CFA Institute - cfainstitute.org. Alternatively, the institute has also sent the CFA scorecards to the registered email address of the candidates. Along with the results, CFA institute has also published the CFA Level 1 pass percentage for the Feb 2025 session. According to the CFA pass percentage, a total of 19,848 students appeared for the CFA Level 1 exams, out of which total 8,935 passed, the CFA Level 1 pass percentage was 45%. The CFA Level 1 Feb 2025 scorecards will be shared on the registered email address of candidates. Those who appeared for the exam can also check their CFA results through the official website of the institute. Candidates must follow the below given steps to check their results online:
Log on to the official website of CFA Institute - cfainstitute.org.
Navigate to the “Programs” section, then “Exam” and scroll down a bit and click on the “See CFA exam results & pass rates” link.
On the CFA exam results page, click on the “Access Your Results” link and candidates will be directed to the result login portal.
Enter your registered email address in the given box and in the next screen enter your password.
Upon entering the correct credentials, the CFA Level 1 result Feb 2025 will appear on the screen.
Candidates are deemed qualified or not qualified in the CFA Level 1 exams based on the Minimum Passing Scores (MPS). The CFA Institute never discloses the CFA Level 1 MPS officially. However, experts suggest that candidates must target a score of 70% or above. The CFA Level 1 MPS will not be represented in a numerical value, instead candidates will see the MPS as a straight line on the scorecard.
The CFA Institute has a very unique approach towards declaring results. The institute never discloses the scores of candidates in numbers. However, the scores of candidates are depicted in a very visual manner. On the very first page of their scorecards, candidates will see their results as a pictorial representation. Candidates will see a straight line that denotes the MPS. The score of the candidates will be represented as a hanging straight blue line. If the blue line is equivalent or higher than the MPS line, it means that the candidate has qualified in the exam. In case the CFA score line is beneath the MPS line, this means candidates were not able to clear the CFA Level 1 in this attempt.

The CFA Institute has released the CFA Level 1 pass percentage yet. However, the CFA Institute will release the CFA Level 1 pass percentage on its website. It must be noted that the CFA Level 1 is the hardest level among all three and the historical pass percentage of this exam is just 41%. In the last 10 years, the CFA Level 1 pass percentage has further fallen to 40% in the last 10 years. However, this time around the CFA Level 1 pass percentage has improved going up to 45%.
