The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the ICAI CA Sep 2025 results on November 3, 2025. The CA Sep 2025 result time is 11 am. Candidates can check their results on the official website icai.nic.in. To access the ICAI CA Sep 2025 results, aspirants need to enter their registration and roll numbers. The institute has also published the ICAI pass percentage 2025 and the list of toppers along with the CA Sep 2025 results. As per the CA Foundation September 2025 pass percentage, out of 98,827 candidates, 14,609 cleared the exam, recording a 14.78 per cent overall pass rate. ICAI has declared the CA Intermediate September 2025 result. A total of 93,074 appeared and 8,780 cleared the ICAI CA Sep 2025 Group–I Intermediate results exams. The ICAI CA Sep 2025 Group–II Intermediate pass rate is 27.14 per cent, with 18,938 out of 69,768 passing the exam. Only 3,663 candidates cleared both groups with a pass percentage of 10.06 per cent. The CA Final Group–I had 51,955 candidates, 12,811 cleared with a pass percentage of 24.66%. CA Final Group II pass rate was 25.26 per cent (8,151 of 32,273), and both groups 16.23 per cent (2,727 of 16,800).

The CA course consists of three exams, namely, CA Foundation, CA Intermediate and CA Final. Candidates must clear all three programmes to become a chartered accountant. The exams are now being conducted under the new ICAI scheme, where the candidates are also required to complete some modules and clear the CA exam results. As per a notification by ICAI, the CA Foundation and CA Inter will be held thrice a year. There is no change in the frequency of the CA Final exams.

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has declared the ICAI CA Sep 2025 result for all levels - Foundation, Intermediate and Final exams on November 3, 2025 at 11 am. Candidates can download the CA Sep 2025 results using their roll number and registration number.
As per CA Rajesh Sharma, the 'CA September 2025, Examination Results of Final, Inter, & Foundation will be declared around 11 AM on November 3, 2025'.
According to the official notification by ICAI, CA Sep 2025 exam results will be declared on November 3, 2025. The CA Inter and Final Sep 2025 results will be declared at 2 pm on November 3, 2025 while the CA Foundation September 2025 results will be declared at 5 pm.
On October 6, 2025, CA Anupam Sharma tweeted on his official X handle regarding the ICAI CA Sep 2025 result date. Sharma tweeted that " The CA September 2025 exam results are expected to be declared in the first week of November 2025.

The minimum marks required by candidates to qualify for the next stage are called the passing criteria. For the Chartered Accountant exams, ICAI has finalised the passing criteria beforehand. All candidates need to secure a minimum of 40% marks in a single subject and 50% in aggregate.

ICAI will also release the pass percentage of CA exams after the declaration of the results. The CA pass percentage informs about the number of candidates who appear for the test, the pass percentage in each group and the overall pass percentage. The pass percentage (Number of students passing a level of CA exam in a session) CA Final, Inter and Foundation remains very low due to the difficulty of these exams.

Along with the results, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) also releases the merit list of each CA programme. For the Sep 2025 session exams, the merit list of ICAI 2025 will be released in online mode. The merit list mentions the names of the top 50 candidates (rank holders). Candidates will be required to enter their registration number/roll number and the security code to check the ICAI merit list 2025.
