    CAIIB Syllabus 2026: Paper & Module-wise Syllabus, Exam Pattern

    The Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF) prescribes the syllabus for the CAIIB examination. CAIIB stands for Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance. The CAIIB syllabus aims to provide the knowledge necessary for decision-making in Treasury Management, Risk Management, Balance Sheet Management, Credit Management, International Banking, Business Laws, etc. The CAIIB 2026 exam syllabus includes four compulsory subjects and one elective paper. Candidates will have the option of choosing one subject from the total of five elective CAIIB subjects. l for 100 marks.

    The CAIIB exam is held twice every year, in May - June and November - December. Hence, students have a comprehensive period to complete the entire CAIIB syllabus. The CAIIB registrations will begin on March 4, 2026. Interested candidates can visit the website, iibf.org.in, to complete the CAIIB June 2026 registrations. The elective papers of the CAIIB 2026 syllabus allows students to specialise in relevant areas/profession. It is highly priotized that that aspirants use the right study materials based on the syllabus to make the preparation more effective.
