The National Association of State Boards of Accountancy has prescribed the CPA exam fee 2025. Candidates from India who want to pursue CPA will be treated as international candidates. The CPA exam fee is divided into two main components - One time expenses and exam fee. The price of US $ keeps on changing so the CPA price in India rupees keep on changing. The CPA exam fee 2025 is different for each state accountancy board. However, the CPA exam fee is same for all six exams, which is $390 or 33,398.47 Indian Rupee. The CPA one time fee is divided into multiple components and these fee payments are required to be made at different times during a candidate’s CPA journey.
Evaluation Fee: Candidates must pay the one time evaluation fee before applying for any of the CPA exams. Additionally candidates must pay the evaluation fee within 30 days of enrollment.
State Board Registration Fee: Candidates will be required to pay the state board registration fee after the evaluation. Usually, candidates will be required to pay the CPA state board registration fee within 90 days of enrolling.
NTS Application Fee: This fee is only applicable for the second, third and fourth CPA exam. Candidates must pay this fee while enrolling for the CPA exams.
Candidates willing to become CPA must pay the different CPA exam fee to different organizations. Below are the details of the fee candidates need to pay to different organizations:
Evaluation Fee: The CPA evaluation fee will have to be paid to evaluation agencies like the NASBA, WES or FACS.
State Board Registration Fee: The CPA state board registration fee shall be paid to the candidate’s assigned state board of Accountancy.
NTS Application Fee: The NTS application fee shall be paid to the CPA Exam Central board.
