The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) will issue the CSEET Jan 2025 admit card on December 26, 2024. Candidates can download their CSEET admit cards Jan 2025 from the official website at icsi.edu. The CSEET 2025 exam will be conducted on January 11, 2025 in remote-proctored mode. The institute will also conduct a two-hour CSEET Jan 2025 mock test so candidates can familiarize themselves with the CSEET exam 2025 online web browser. ICSI has advised aspirants to download the Safe Exam Browser (SEB) before appearing in the mock test.
CSEET exam has four papers; Business Communication (50 marks), Legal Aptitude, Logical Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude (50 marks), Economic & Business Environment (50 marks) and Current Affairs, Presentation and Communication Skills (30 marks). Candidates who qualify the CSEET Jan 2025 will be eligible to register for the CS Executive Programme.
CSEET is an entrance exam conducted by ICSI, four times a year: January, May, July, and November. As per the CSEET eligibility criteria, to take the CSEET 2025 exam, the candidate needs to have passed the 10+2 exam. The CSEET has replaced the CS Foundation course; candidates who qualify for the exam are eligible for direct admission to the CS Executive course which is the second stage of the CS programme.
To qualify (pass) CSEET 2025, the candidate needs to secure a minimum of 40% marks in each paper and 50% marks in aggregate.
Such candidates who pass the CSEET 2025 exam are eligible for registration to the CS Executive Programme. The CS executive programme is administered through correspondence/distance learning mode and is of 9 months duration. The option of attending classroom teaching facilities organized by the Institute will be available in select locations only, for which candidates will have to pay an additional fee.
ICSI has published the CSEET Jan 2025 exam instructions on its official website. Candidates cannot indulge in any of the following activities during the CSEET exam.

ICSI will issue the CSEET admit card for the Jan 2025 session on December 26, 2024. The CSEET admit cards will be available for all registered candidates. The admit card can be downloaded by the candidates using their registration number (unique ID) and date of birth. It is mandatory for all candidates to download the CSEET admit card 2025 before appearing in the exam.

ICSI has released the CSEET 2025 eligibility criteria on its official website. Candidates willing to take the exam need to fulfil the eligibility requirements. The following CSEET Eligibility 2025 conditions need to be fulfilled:
Note- Graduates/ postgraduates who could directly enter the CS Executive programme will now have to compulsorily pass the CSEET 2025.

ICSI has started the registrations for CSEET May 2025 on December 16, 2024. Candidates can register for the CSEET May 2025 session till April 15, 2025. CSEET Jan 2025 registrations closed on December 15, 2024.
CSEET registrations are announced four times a year. To fill out the application form of CSEET 2025, candidates must register, fill in the details, upload documents and pay the fee. The list of documents to upload with the application form is given here. The steps to register and fill out the CSEET application form 2025 are also given in this section.

Step 2: Fill in basic personal, and address details and enter one exam centre as per preference from the list given Submit and note the unique registration ID generated
Step 3: Fee payable comes up on the screen. If the amount is correct, save and move to the next step
Step 4: Upload mandatory documents as specified above and submit the same
Step 5: Preview application. Check all details are correct and confirm the application form
Step 6: Select payment mode and pay the fees. Note the transaction ID for future reference
On successful payment, the CSEET 2025 is confirmed and intimated through email/SMS on the registered email id/mobile number. A CSEET exam schedule is sent through email/SMS.

Note that the CSEET registration can be done in stages. Candidates who have already filled in the basic registration details but could not completely fill out the application can use their Unique Request ID after clicking on the incomplete registration option given therein and proceed to the next stages of the application process.

ICSI will conduct the CSEET 2025 mock tests a few days before the examination, in online mode. It is mandatory for registered candidates to appear for CSEET 2025 mock test.
The CSEET mock test is for two-hour time duration. The details related to the batch timings, user Id and password for the CSEET mock test are communicated by E-Mail / SMS separately to the candidates. Candidates are instructed to log-in 30 minutes prior to the stipulated time.

ICSI will announce the CSEET Jan 2025 results tentatively a week after the date of exam. The CSEET results are made available online, on the official website of the institute. Candidates can enter their registration number to log in and check the CSEET 2025 result.
The qualifying status of the students will be mentioned in the result of CSEET 2025 along with the marks obtained in the entrance test. Only candidates declared as pass can pursue the CS Executive course
The validity of the CSEET exam result is one year and candidates must register for the executive program within that period failing which the CSEET 2025 result will be invalidated and the candidates may have to appear in the exam again.
ICSI releases the pass percentage for each session along with the result. According to CSEET Pass Percentage for the previous sessions, 60-70% students clear the exam each session. As per the ICSI passing criteria, candidates should secure a minimum of 40 % marks in each paper and an aggregate of 50% overall.

Yes, you can register early for the CSEET exam, but the system typically assigns you to the next available session based on your registration date.
If you wish to take the exam in July 2025 but register in December 2024, you will need to wait until the July session opens for registration.
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) offers four sessions a year (January, May, July, November). Once the registration for the July session is open, you can select it while registering. Until then, you can still access study materials through ICSI resources or preparatory courses.

The entrance requirements for the CS executive programme have been updated by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Candidates will no longer be required to take the CS Executive Entrance Test if they have a graduate or postgraduate degree (CSEET). Direct admission to the CS executive programme will be available to them.
So, it is not compulsory to CSEET for bcom graduate.
