The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has currently opened the CA May 2025 exam form window. The ICAI exam forms May 2025 are available for all three exams - CA Foundation, CA Intermediate and CA Final. The CA exam forms May 2025 were released on March 1, 2025. How to fill ICAI CA May 2025 Exam Form?

Candidates can fill the CA exam forms for the upcoming May 2025 session by following the below given steps:

  • Log on to the official website of ICAI - eservices.icai.org.

  • Candidates will see a sign in the portal on the homepage.

  • Login to your account by entering your SSP details.

  • In the dashboard, candidates will see an option of filling the exam form, click on it.

  • Next, enter all the required details in the given boxes including your personal, academic and communication details.

  • Also, select your exam centre choices in order of your preference.

  • During the exam form filling process, candidates will be required to upload scanned copies of different documents in prescribed format. The list of documents is given below.

  • Once done with uploading documents, candidates can move to the final part of the exam form filling process - payment of exam form fee.

  • Make the ICAI CA exam form fee payment in your desired online mode.

  • Keep a copy of the payment confirmation and exam form submission for future reference.

What after CA exam form window closure?

Once the ICAI CA May 2025 exam form window closes, ICAI will immediately open the application correction window. The CA May 2025 exam form correction window will be open from March 18 to 20, 2025. During this period candidates will be able to make corrections to any details they have entered wrongly.

Once the correction window is closed, ICAI will review all the exam form requests. The ICAI CA admit card May 2025 will be released tentatively 15 days before the date of the exam. The CA Foundation May 2025 admit card is expected to be released in the last week of April 2025, whereas CA Inter admit card and CA Final May 2025 admit card will be released in the second week of April 2025.

If you chose chartered accountant (CA), then you have to write several exams and practical training. Here are some exams to write in your road to pursue CA, that are conducted by ICAI.

  • If you have passed 10th, then you can take an entry level exam. This foundation course consists of 4 papers
  • If you are a graduate or postgraduate with specified marks or higher degrees or you passed the foundation course then you can register for the IPCC. It consists of 2 groups with 4 papers each.
  • After you pass either 1 or both groups of IPCC, you should pursue articleship.
  • After completion or if you still have 6 months of your articles hip time, you can appear for the CA final exams. It consists of 2 groups each consists of 4 papers.
  • Before appearing for your final exams, you should undergo AICITSS during the last 2 years of practical training.
  • After you have passed in final exams and articleship, you can be a member of ICAI and can use Chartered Accountant before your name.

CA Foundation Exam Pattern 2024 – Details

  • The CA Foundation examination consists of four papers.
  • Paper 1 and Paper 2 are subjective type papers.
  • Paper 3 and Paper 4 are objective type papers.
  • The CA Foundation exam is conducted for a total of 400 marks, with each paper carrying 100 marks.

Candidates must successfully clear their 10th and 12th exams from a recognized educational institute . Also, the minimum mark they need to attain in their 12th standards is 50% aggregate. There is no age restriction to apply for the CA foundation.
