About: Karnavati University, was established in 2017 under Karnavati Medical and Educational Trust. The university consists of 6 colleges, namely the Unitedworld Institute of Design, Unitedworld School of Business, Unitedworld School of Liberal Arts & Mass Communication, Unitedworld School of Law, Unitedworld School of Computational Intelligence, and Karnavati School of Dentistry. Karnavati University courses are offered in the fields of Law, Management, Science, Mass Communication, and more. Careers360: Tell us about your domain and your work profile. At the professional level, did you pursue the same field you were interested in, or did you switch?
Answer: Initially, I studied Finance at Karnavati University, but later I transitioned into Marketing. While it was a switch, the foundational knowledge I gained at the university has been versatile and applicable in various fields.
Careers360: Can you briefly tell us about your career path so far?
Answer: I started my career in sales, leveraging the communication skills I honed during my time at Karnavati University. Subsequently, I explored different roles in marketing and currently hold a managerial position in a renowned advertising agency.
Careers360: Does the industry work differ from what you learned at Karnavati University?
Answer: There were certain aspects that were not covered in-depth during my academic years. However, the problem-solving and critical thinking skills cultivated at Karnavati University have been invaluable in adapting to the ever-evolving industry landscape.
Careers360: How do you think your time in college has added value to your life, both professionally and personally?
Answer: Karnavati University not only provided me with a solid academic foundation but also fostered a sense of community. The network I built during my time there has been instrumental in my professional growth.
Careers360: What was your initial thought process when you joined Karnavati University?
Answer: Coming from a small town, I saw Karnavati University as a gateway to broader horizons. I was eager to learn, make new connections, and embrace the challenges that came with pursuing higher education.
Careers360: You must have had a memorable time at Karnavati University. Do you miss being a part of it? Share a few good memories.
Answer: Karnavati University became a second home for me. I fondly remember the campus festivals, the friendly competitions, and the mentorship I received from professors that went beyond the classroom.
Careers360: Briefly take us through your life on campus, the activities you used to do, and your routine life.
Answer: My routine involved a blend of lectures, workshops, and editorial meetings (as I was part of the college magazine team). Weekends were reserved for sports and cultural events, fostering a holistic development approach.
Careers360: Apart from academics, what were the other activities you were involved in, and how did they enrich your life?
Answer: I was actively involved in the drama society, which not only provided a creative outlet but also taught me teamwork and adaptability. These experiences outside the classroom were crucial in shaping my personality.
Careers360: How did you keep updated with the industrial requirements, and what was the role of the institute in it?
Answer: The career guidance cell at Karnavati University played a pivotal role. They organised industry visits, brought in guest speakers, and provided resources for skill development, keeping us abreast of the industry's evolving needs.

Yes it is. I can tell you this through a personal experience. My sister has been a student here. And we as guardians are very happy with the progress that she has made. I would really not like to draw any comparisons but I can tell you that Karnavati University is one of the best when it comes to management courses. The best part is that they also have a PGDM course. So the faculty structure and the placement cell are very strong because of the masters course here. I can assure you with all my heart that choosing KU for BBA course will be a good decision for the aspiring candidate in your family or friend or kin circle.
