Pursuing the field of Commerce in India allows the student to study foreign transactions, its process, trading, finance, international markets, and banking. Bachelors in accountancy and Finance lets the student gain the primary knowledge of these sub-streams through subjects like Financial Accounting, Business Economics, Strategic Cost Management, Auditing, International Taxation and Transfer Pricing, etc. For enrolling in this course, the candidate must clear their 10+2 in Commerce. 

 BBA (Bachelor’s in Business Administration): 

Bachelor in business administration is the most preferred course for students who are willing to study MBA.  It is also opted by those students who are interested to study the basic knowledge of business administration and the related processes which are involved. This undergraduate course is highly valued and students get to learn subjects like Principles of Microeconomics, Businesses Communication, Introduction to Business Studies, and Fundamentals of Marketing.  BBI (Bachelors in Banking and Insurance):

B. Com in Accounting and Taxation: 

Many of the educational institutes in Pune offer this three-year undergraduate course. The students attain the required know-how of these two subjects which are essential sub-disciplines in the commerce stream. The students are exposed to a wide variety of subjects like Business Mathematics, Law of Contract, E-commerce, Retail Management, and Tax Planning. The student should clear their 10+2 in the Commerce stream to be eligible for enrolling for this course.

Specialization Available for the Postgraduate Level: 

M.Com (Master of Commerce): 

Master’s in commerce gives the student a comprehensive and advanced understanding of the field and its sub-disciplines. Various specializations are also available if the candidate is seeking to attain thorough knowledge of taxation, banking, or insurance depending on his/her choice. M.Com in Accounting and Finance: 

In this course, the student is exposed to the detailed information of Accounts and Finance. The student has to clear subjects like Managerial Finance, Modern Banking, Advanced Corporate Accounting, Advanced Finance Accounting, and Computerized Accounting with Tally. 

MBA (Master of Business Administration):

Eligibility Criteria for Undergraduate Level:
