    The Institute of Actuaries of India (IAI) has set passing criteria for 2026 ACET exam that serves as a benchmark for candidates. Candidates who fail to meet the ACET exam passing criteria 2026 will be regarded as ineligible to apply for IAI student membership.     ACET Exam Passing Criteria 2026 – Result

    • The authorities will release the ACET result 2026 for the June session online on its official website - actuariesindia.org.

    • ACET results 2026, will include pass and fail information.

    • To know whether the candidates have successfully met the passing criteria for the 2025 ACET exam, potential applicants must check their ACET 2025 results.

    • The ACET 2026 exam has a total score of 100, and the ACET exam passing criteria 2025 is 50% of the maximum marks or 50 marks.

    ACET Exam 2026 – Cutoff

    • Along with the posting of the ACET 2026 results online, the IAI will also issue a merit list that includes the names of the top scorers in each exam, as well as the names of students who will be eligible for the fellowship programme.

    • To be qualified for student membership and student status with the Institute of Actuaries of India, qualifying candidates must score higher than the cutoff (IAI).

    • Students who pass the ACET 2026 exam are required to enrol for IAI student membership.

    • Candidates will be granted membership and student status at IAI after successfully completing the application process.

    • These students will now be able to appear for other actuarial exams conducted by IAI.

    • Individuals interested in pursuing a career in the actuarial sciences will be able to obtain professional attestations and certifications by passing these actuarial exams.

    IAI Membership Procedure

    • Candidates must meet the basic requirements to become a member of IAI.

    • Candidates need to register themselves by filling out the IAI membership form.

    • Submit proof of eligibility for clearing the ACET 2026 exam.

    • ACET is a national exam, therefore, only Indian graduates are eligible to appear for the ACET 2026 exam.

    • Candidates must present official documentation and proof connected to their senior secondary examinations for verification after clearing the ACET exam.

    • Once the registration process is completed, the candidate needs to take a printout of the payment receipt.

    ACET Exam Frequency

    IAI conducts the ACET entrance exam two times a year. As a result, more students will be able to appear in the exam and pursue actuarial science.

    ACET Exam 2026 - Validity of Results

    • The validity of the ACET result is three years.

    • Qualified applicants will have three years to apply for admission to IAI.

    • Those who do not qualify might appear for the exams again later in the next session.

    ACET Pass Percentage

    The ACET passing rate hovers around the 60-70% mark. At the time of publication of result, IAI will also publish the acutuary exams pass rate. This percentage indicates the actuarial science pass percentage in the form of names of candidates who passed the exam versus total candidates who appeared for the exam.     ACET Counselling 2026

    As of now, the Institute of Actuaries of India (IAI) has not announced any ACET exam for June 2025 . The most recent exam was scheduled for March 9, 2025, with registrations from January 25 to February 22, 2025.
