CSEET Syllabus 2024 - The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has released the CSEET May 2024 syllabus. ICSI has released the official syllabus of CSEET 2024. Candidates can check the CSEET syllabus May 2024 syllabus on the official website of ICSI before starting their preparation. Complete information related to the papers covered, topics and related subtopics included in each paper are mentioned in the syllabus. Note that in order to qualify the CSEET exam, candidates need to secure a minimum of 40% marks in each paper and an aggregate of 50% in all papers. Candidates qualifying CSEET exam will be able to register for CS Executive 2024 exams.
As per the exam pattern of CSEET, there are four papers in CSEET each having a separate relevance. By going through the CSEET new syllabus 2024 candidates can know the topics and subtopics covered in each of the subjects in CSEET.
Each paper is related to a different domain. The four papers covered under CSEET syllabus for May 2024 are given in the following table.

To help students in the preparation, The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) also conducts online classes at its various chapter-wise and region-wise offices. Details related to the online class for CSEET 2024 May session are being updated by ICSI.
To attend the online classes, candidates will be required to fill an online form due to limited number of seats.

Yes, CSEET online classes are conducted by ICSI on time to time basis for helping students in their preparation. A nominal fee is charged by ICSI which is to be paid mandatorily.

Yes, you can register early for the CSEET exam, but the system typically assigns you to the next available session based on your registration date.
If you wish to take the exam in July 2025 but register in December 2024, you will need to wait until the July session opens for registration.
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) offers four sessions a year (January, May, July, November). Once the registration for the July session is open, you can select it while registering. Until then, you can still access study materials through ICSI resources or preparatory courses.

Hello,
The entrance requirements for the CS executive programme have been updated by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Candidates will no longer be required to take the CS Executive Entrance Test if they have a graduate or postgraduate degree (CSEET). Direct admission to the CS executive programme will be available to them.
So, it is not compulsory to CSEET for bcom graduate.
