ICAI CA Exam Form 2026: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India will open the ICAI CA Jan 2026 exam form window on November 3, 2025. Candidates can fill out the exam form by logging into the official SSP portal of the ICAI website. The last date to fill out the ICAI CA exam form for Foundation, Inter and Final Jan 2026 without late fee is November 16, 2025. Candidates could also fill the ICAI CA Jan 2026 exam form till November 19, 2025 but with a late fee of Rs 600. It must be noted that only registered candidates could fill the exam forms for CA Foundation, CA Inter and CA Final. Only registered candidates will be able to fill their ICAI exam forms 2026.

How to fill ICAI CA Exam Form 2026

Candidates can fill their CA exam forms for CA Foundation, Inter and Final through Self-Service Portal (SSP) facilitated by the ICAI. Candidates can follow the below given steps to fill the CA exam forms 2026:

  • Log on to the official SSP portal of ICAI - eservices.icai.org.

  • Candidates will then be required to login to the SSP portal through their SSP login credentials.

  • Candidates filling in the exam form for the first time can click on the “New Registration” button wherein they can generate their SSP login credentials.

  • Upon login, enter all the required academic, personal and communication details required in the relevant fields.

  • Furthermore, candidates will also be required to upload scanned copies of the documents mentioned above.

  • Candidates will also be required to pay an exam form fee in their preferred mode of online payment.

Once the CA Jan 2026 exam form online window is closed, ICAI will open the CA January exam form correction window 2026 from November 20 to 22, 2025. If you chose chartered accountant (CA), then you have to write several exams and practical training. Here are some exams to write in your road to pursue CA, that are conducted by ICAI.

  • If you have passed 10th, then you can take an entry level exam. This foundation course consists of 4 papers
  • If you are a graduate or postgraduate with specified marks or higher degrees or you passed the foundation course then you can register for the IPCC. It consists of 2 groups with 4 papers each.
  • After you pass either 1 or both groups of IPCC, you should pursue articleship.
  • After completion or if you still have 6 months of your articles hip time, you can appear for the CA final exams. It consists of 2 groups each consists of 4 papers.
  • Before appearing for your final exams, you should undergo AICITSS during the last 2 years of practical training.
  • After you have passed in final exams and articleship, you can be a member of ICAI and can use Chartered Accountant before your name.

CA Foundation Exam Pattern 2024 – Details

  • The CA Foundation examination consists of four papers.
  • Paper 1 and Paper 2 are subjective type papers.
  • Paper 3 and Paper 4 are objective type papers.
  • The CA Foundation exam is conducted for a total of 400 marks, with each paper carrying 100 marks.

Candidates must successfully clear their 10th and 12th exams from a recognized educational institute . Also, the minimum mark they need to attain in their 12th standards is 50% aggregate. There is no age restriction to apply for the CA foundation.
