ICAI CA Foundation Exam Centres: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) will conduct CA Foundation 2026 in the designated exam centres across India and abroad. ICAI has released the complete CA Foundation exam centre list 2026 on its official website. ICAI has CA Foundation 2026 exam centres in India as well as locations abroad. At the time of filling the CA Foundation exam form for the January 2026 session, candidates can enter their preferred CA Foundation exam centre choice. The CA Foundation exam for the upcoming Jan 2026 term will be conducted in 296 test cities across 29 Indian states and 9 overseas locations. ICAI offers an online facility to the candidates who want to change their ICAI exam centres for CA Foundation for appearing the examination. Candidates can use the online correction window at icaiexam.icai.org. The detailed process has been mentioned below.
Candidates can change the exam centre based on their preference after submitting the CA Foundation examination application form 2026 free of cost. However, there will not be a second opportunity of “Correction with fee-Window”.
Candidates will have to login into the portal using their login credentials within the deadline and choose the centre before applying for the correction.
Candidates can change the exam centre once only and upload duly signed scanned copy of handwritten/typed application mentioning the correction.
Candidates will receive the confirmation of the successful submission on their screen, however the approval will be dependent on the availability of seats and number of candidates.
Candidates will not get a fresh CA Foundation 2026 admit card to appear in the exam mentioning the new exam centre. However, they will have to carry the approval letter along with the previously downloaded admit card and ID proof.
Candidates can fill the application form of CA Foundation 2026 online by paying the applicable fee online. Candidates can pay the CA Foundation application fee using VISA/MASTER/MAESTRO credit card/debit card/Rupay card/Net banking/BHIM UPI. Candidates can check the application fee details mentioned below.

Candidates opting for Indian/Kathmandu/Bhutan centres can submit the application after the due date by paying the late fee of Rs 600 and USD 10 for overseas centres respectively.
Candidates should select the CA Foundation 2026 exam centre based on their preference and proximity from their residence. It will save enough time and the candidates can reach the exam centre before the specified reporting time.
ICAI wil provide a correction window to the candidates who wish to change their preferred CA Foundation exam centre
ICAI will update the changes regarding the test centre on its official website - icai.org. Hence, the candidates should visit the official portal regularly to stay updated with the latest notification.
Candidates should reach the CA Foundation exam centre 2026 at least 30 minutes before the reporting time along with their admit card and valid photo ID proof
Candidates should not carry any kind of electronic item such as mobile phone, digital watch, calculator etc.
