CS Foundation 2020 - The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has announced for discontinuation of CS Foundation from now on and introduced CS Executive Entrance Test. ICSI announced CS Foundation result December 2019 on January 25, 2020 as per the latest update for exams conducted on December 28 and 29, 2019. ICSI has announced the exam dates for the upcoming session to be conducted on June 6 and 7, 2020. The CS Foundation application form for June 2020 is expected to be released in the last week of February 2020. Candidates will be able to submit CS Foundation 2020 exam form till March 25 without late fee and till April 20 with the payment of late fee of Rs 250. It may be noted that only those candidates who completed their CS Foundation registration before September 30 will be able to fill the same and appear in June 2020 session. The authorities are expected to release CS Foundation admit card in the last week of May 2020 in online mode. The CS Foundation result 2020 will tentatively be announced in the last week of August 2020. Candidates who pass all the individual papers with at least 40% score and the overall aggregate above 50% will be deemed qualified for the CS Executive. ICSI announced the CS Foundation result 2019 on January 25, 2020. The result was declared in online mode and the candidates were required to log in using their registration ID and password to access their CS Foundation result 2019. Each candidate’s result for CS Foundation contains the subject-wise breakup of marks as well as the grand total.
Candidates need to follow the steps below to check their ICSI result 2019:

Type in your roll number, registration ID
Click on the ‘Submit’ button.

ICSI is expected to release the CS Foundation exam form for June 2020 session in the last week of February 2020. The last date to apply for CS Foundation 2020 without late fee is March 25, 2020. However, candidates will still be able to submit their online application form of CS Foundation 2020 till April 10 along with payment of late fee of Rs. 250 extra. Candidates have to visit the ICSI website at smash.icsi.in to log in using their student registration number and password. Documents to be uploaded on the application form of CS Foundation 2020 must be in jpg, jpeg, gif, png, bmp or pdf format and must not exceed 5 MB in size. Size of the photograph should be between 20-50 KB and that of the signature should be 10-20 KB. The concluding step of the CS Foundation 2020 application form requires candidates to pay the application fee.
Application Fee: The application fee to be paid is Rs. 1200 for appearing for CS Foundation 2020 exam.
ICSI announces the exam centres of CS Foundation 2020 which are announced region-wise. CS Foundation December 2029 was conducted in 136 national centres and 1 international centre. Those who wish to appear for CS Foundation in Dubai have to pay US$100 along with the examination fee. Candidates may be allowed to change their CS Foundation 2020 exam centres if they provide a valid reason along with an additional fee of Rs. 250. This must be done in not less than 15 days before the examination.

ICSI is expected to release the admit card for CS Foundation June 2020 in the last week of May 2020. Candidates will be able to obtain their CS Foundation 2020 admit card by entering their login credentials. Every candidate’s CS Foundation admit card 2020 shall contain his/ her details as well as the name and address of the exam centre. It is an important verification document, so candidates have to carry it to their allotted exam centres. Any candidate without his/ her admit card is forbidden from appearing for CS Foundation 2020.

The eligibility criteria states the minimum requirement for candidates to apply for CS Foundation June 2020. ICSI opens registration for CS Foundation throughout the year. However, those who wished to appear for CS Foundation 2020- June session could register till September 30, 2019. Candidates aspiring for CS Foundation December 2020 session can still complete registration till March 31, 2020. Candidates are required to upload the aforementioned documents for CS Foundation registration. The documents have to adhere to the specifications mentioned on the ICSI website.
