The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) will declare the CA Foundation 2026 results on July 3, 2026, on its official website. Along with the results, the authorities also release the CA Foundation 2026 merit list, All India Rank (AIR) holders, toppers' marks, and other details. Based on the CA Foundation January 2026 results, Logapriya P secured AIR 1, followed by Khushi Sikaria and Hiba P. ICAI will also release the CA Foundation May 2026 pass percentage, including the number of candidates who appeared for the exam and passed the exam.
ICAI releases the CA Foundation 2026 merit list containing the marks and rank obtained. Once the results are announced, the toppers list will be updated in the table below.

ICAI announced a new scheme; there will be four papers for the CA Foundation 2026. Candidates are required to obtain 40% of the total marks in each of the four papers. Additionally, the total aggregate scores must be 50%. ICAI will release the pass percentage with the CA Foundation May 2026 results. Candidates can check out the previous year’s pass percentage to understand the exam difficulty.
