The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) will publish the CA Foundation Sep 2025 pass percentage online. The CA Foundation pass percentage indicates the ratio of the candidates who pass the CA Foundation exam compared to the total number of candidates who appeared in the exam. Earlier, in the previous CA Foundation May 2025 session, 16.26% male candidates were able to pass the exam, while slightly fewer, 13.80% female students cleared the examination.
Those who plan to appear for the upcoming CA Foundation Sep 2025 exam must know the CA Foundation passing marks and go through the CA Foundation pass percentage. This allows aspiring candidates to understand the difficulty level of the exam and helps them make decisions about their study strategy. Under the new ICAI scheme, candidates must attain a minimum of 40% marks in each CA foundation paper and an overall aggregate of 50% marks to pass the exam.
