    The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has declared the CA Foundation Jan 2026 results on March 8, 2026. Candidates can download the CA Foundation Jan 2026 result from the official website - icai.nic.in. To access the CA Foundation results, candidates are required to log in with their roll number and registration number. ICAI has also published the CA Foundation 2026 pass percentage and Foundation toppers 2026 along with the results. The institute opened the CA Foundation Jan 2026 result verification and certified copies inspection window on March 9, 2026. The last date to verify the results is April 7, 2026. Candidates who are successful in the CA Foundation result would be eligible to register for CA Inter, which is the second level of the CA course.

    The CA Foundation exam was held on January 18, 20, 22 & 24, 2026. CA Foundation Jan 2026 was held under the ICAI's new scheme. As per the new scheme, there will be four papers in CA Foundation. Candidates must obtain a minimum of 40% in each paper and 50% in aggregate to clear the exam.     How is the Result Computed for CA Foundation 2026?

    To qualify for ICAI CA Foundation results Jan 2026, candidates should secure a minimum of 40% marks in each subject and 50% aggregate in all four subjects in a single attempt. According to the ICAI CA Foundation exam pattern, there is a negative marking of one-fourth of the marks allotted to a particular question for each answer marked incorrectly.

    Procedure to Apply for Marks Verification for CA Foundation 2026

    Candidates who want to get their answer sheets verified or inspected can apply through an online window. For marks verification of CA Foundation exam candidates can also send their physical applications along with a fee of Rs. 100/- to the following address by speed post or registered post:

    What after CA Foundation Results 2026?

    Candidates must complete a study period of eight months to appear for CA Inter exams. This means that the students who pass the CA Foundation Jan 2026 exams will be eligible to appear for the next level of CA exams. The next CA Intermediate exams will be conducted in May 2026. ICAI has announced the CA Intermediate May 2026 exam dates on its website.

    For Qualified Candidates:

    • Candidates who have passed the CA Foundation Sep 2026 exam can register for the CA Intermediate exam.
    • Registration for CA Intermediate typically begins shortly after the Foundation results are announced.

    For Unsuccessful Candidates:

    • Candidates who could not qualify for the CA Foundation exam should start their preparations for the next session.
    • However, they can also apply for verification of their answer sheets through ICAI’s official portal in case of miscorrection.
